Who we are

Pawdesk is run by AutoAscension, Wirral, UK. Contact: privacy@pawdesk.co.uk.

Two kinds of data

• Your account (groomers using Pawdesk): we are the controller. Name, email, phone, business details, billing and usage logs.
• Your clients' data (owners and their dogs): you are the controller and Pawdesk is your processor. We only use it to run the service for you, under our data processing terms.

Why we use it

• To provide the app (contract).
• To keep it secure and fix problems (legitimate interests).
• To meet legal and tax duties (legal obligation).
• Marketing emails to you only with your consent; you can opt out at any time.

Where it's kept

Data is stored on servers in the UK/EU. Backups are encrypted. Suppliers we use (for example SMS, email and payments providers) act on our instructions under written contracts.

How long

While your account is open, then up to 90 days after closing (longer for financial records we must keep for 6 years).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and you can object. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
