Terms of service

1. The service

Pawdesk is a booking and client app for dog grooming businesses, provided by AutoAscension (“we”). These terms are between us and the business that signs up (“you”).

2. Trial and price

You get a 14-day free trial with no card needed. After that you pay for the plan you choose (from £49.98/month; yearly plans get 2 months free), plus any SMS bundles you choose. Website plans start after the trial. Prices include VAT where it applies. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

3. Your data

Your client and dog records belong to you. You can export them at any time. If you stop paying, your account becomes read-only; we don't delete your data without telling you first.

4. Your responsibilities

• Keep your login safe.
• Only text or email clients who are happy to hear from you, and honour STOP requests (Pawdesk does this automatically).
• Use the service lawfully.

5. Websites and SEO

Website and SEO work is included in the App + Website, App + Website + SEO and Custom plans as described on our pricing page. We never guarantee search rankings.

6. Liability

We work hard to keep Pawdesk running, but can't promise it will never be interrupted. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period, except where the law doesn't allow a limit.

7. Ending

You can cancel any time from Settings. Monthly plans end at the end of the billing month.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
